Moving With The Spirit

Come and join us for a class to soothe the body, mind, and soul.
We will be combining centering exercise, gentle movement, guided imagery and breathing prayers to enhance our own spirituality and relationship with God.
Come ready to move at your own level of ability. In addition to activities and experiences in class you will be provided with tools to take home with you to enhance the overall experience.
Wear clothes for comfortable movement.
